As an accounting firm in Dubai working with businesses across the UAE, we keep your books in order so you always know your cash position, what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers.

The same records feed your VAT returns and corporate tax filing, and they are ready when an auditor, a bank or an investor asks to see them. That is the difference between accounts that are merely complete and accounts you can rely on.

  • Know your cash position At every month-end, not only at the year-end.
  • Records ready for tax VAT and corporate tax coding done as the books are kept.
  • Reports you can share With your bank, investors or business partners.

Accounting for small business owners

Most small businesses don't need a full-time accountant. They need someone to keep the books right every month and explain what the numbers mean. Our accounting services for small business owners fit around what you already have: a few hours of bookkeeping a month, or the whole finance function. It is the kind of support most accounting companies for small business in the UAE should offer, scoped to your volume rather than a fixed package.

What small businesses usually hand over to us

  • Recording invoices and receipts, including photos taken on your phone
  • Monthly bank reconciliation and follow-up on unexplained payments
  • Collecting missing documents well before VAT deadlines
  • A short monthly report on sales, costs, profit and cash
  • Year-end accounts and support with corporate tax

Just starting out? We can set up your chart of accounts and accounting software correctly from the first month, so there's nothing to untangle later.

Outsourcing your accounting

Outsourcing of accounting services means a specialist team runs your bookkeeping and reporting outside your office, in your accounting software and from your documents, while you keep ownership of the data and the final say.

You can hand the whole finance function to a full service accounting firm, or outsource only the monthly bookkeeping, the month-end close and reporting, or the supervision of an in-house accountant. Our online accounting services run on secure document sharing and cloud software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero, with regular calls and a named contact.

Why businesses choose accounting outsourcing

  • Cover that doesn't depend on one person. Holidays, sick leave and resignations don't stop the month-end.
  • A wider set of skills. Bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax and reporting knowledge in one team.
  • A predictable cost. A scoped monthly fee instead of salary, visa, training and software costs for a full-time hire.
  • A second pair of eyes. Work is reviewed before reports reach you.
  • Room to grow. The scope adjusts as your transaction volumes and entities grow.

Contact Our Team

Accounting services

What do your accounting services include?

Bookkeeping, bank and card reconciliations, receivables and payables, monthly or quarterly management reports, year-end closing, backlog accounting, accounting supervision, accounting software setup and CFO-level advice. You can take the full service or only the parts you need.

How should I compare the top accounting firms in Dubai?

Lists of the best accounting firms in Dubai rarely tell you whether a firm suits a business of your size. Whether you're comparing large accounting and auditing firms in Dubai or smaller accounting consulting firms, ask who will do your bookkeeping and who reviews it, whether they know UAE VAT and corporate tax, which accounting software they use, how quickly they respond and whether you get a written scope and fixed fee. We're happy to answer each of those questions about ADS Auditors before you decide.

Do you provide accounting and tax services together?

Yes. Our accounting team works alongside our VAT and corporate tax specialists, so you get tax and accounting services from one firm, and transactions are coded for tax as the books are kept, not corrected at filing time. See our VAT return filing services.

Outsourcing

What is accounting outsourcing and how does it work?

An external accounting service provider takes on some or all of your accounting work: recording transactions, reconciling accounts and producing reports. You share documents and access to your accounting software, we do the work on an agreed schedule, and you receive reports and a named contact for questions.

Will I keep control of my financial data?

Yes. Some outsourced accounting firms move clients onto their own systems; wherever possible we work inside your own accounting software instead, so the ledgers, documents and history stay in your name. You decide who has access, and you approve anything that needs a decision.

Can you work alongside our in-house accountant?

Yes. Many businesses keep an in-house accountant for day-to-day work and use our accounting supervision service for monthly review, month-end close and year-end, or to provide cover during leave.

Small business

Do you offer accounting services for small businesses and start-ups?

Yes. Our accounting services for small business owners start with monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations, and can grow to include management reports, VAT returns and year-end support as the business grows.

I already use accounting software. Do I still need an accountant?

Software records what is entered; it doesn't check that entries are right, that VAT is coded correctly or that accounts reconcile. Miscoded transactions and unreconciled bank feeds are common in software-based books, and a monthly review by an accountant catches them before they reach a VAT or corporate tax return.

Bookkeeping and backlog

What is the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?

Bookkeeping is recording transactions accurately and keeping accounts reconciled. Accounting builds on those records with adjusting entries, financial statements, management reports and the analysis behind decisions. We provide both.

Our books are months behind. Can you help?

Yes. Our backlog accounting services bring overdue records up to date period by period, starting with bank reconciliations so every transaction is accounted for. Once you're current, monthly bookkeeping keeps the backlog from returning. Overdue books often hold up VAT and corporate tax returns, so it's worth starting early.

Which accounting software do you work with?

Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally and Oracle NetSuite, among others. If you don't use accounting software yet, we can recommend one that suits your business and set it up for UAE VAT.

Enquiries

Is there an accounting office near me?

Our offices are on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai and in Ras Al Khaimah. Businesses elsewhere, including in Abu Dhabi, use our online accounting services, with documents shared securely and regular calls, so you get the same service without needing an accounting office near you.

How much do accounting services cost?

Fees depend on your monthly transaction volume, the number of bank accounts and entities, and the reports you need. We quote a fixed monthly fee after a short review of your records.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We contact you, usually within one working day, to understand your requirements. We then send a written proposal with the scope and fee, and work starts once you've agreed it.
